Discuss the project
The first step in the process is reaching out to discuss your project! You can send me an email to cyntrixproductions@gmail.com or book a free consultation for a quick video chat or phone call. This allows me to fully understand the scope of your project to best suite my services to your needs.

Book your date
After understanding the scope of your project and choosing the services to best suite your needs, I'll send you an estimate, accept your deposit, and then we can book your preferred date, time, and location!

Record your music
On the date and time you select, I'll arrive to the location of your choice with my state-of-the-art recording equipment to record your music!
What to expect during the recording process
Arrival & Setup
On the date and time you choose, I'll arrive to the location to begin setup. My equipment includes a laptop, SSL audio interface, microphones, headphones, stands, and a small folding table along with any other equipment that could be needed based on your project. Setup takes about 20 minutes and then there's a quick sound check before recording.
Sound Check
After setup is complete, we can do a quick soundcheck and run through the recording process. We can go over your recording preferences. Do you want to record along to the click track or metronome? Would you like to hear yourself played back through the headphones? Do you sing and play guitar at the same time or do you prefer to record track-by-track?
Record your music
Now we're ready to rock - don't be shy! If you're a beginner I'm more than happy to walk you through the entire process and help bring your ideas to life however I can. This service is highly adaptable to best suit your level of expertise and your project's needs.
Choose your post-production options
Finish Recording Your Music
If you want to keep it simple without any additional options, no problem! I'll deliver the stems (individual audio tracks) in a downloadable zip file for you to do with as you please.
Processing, Mixing, & Mastering
A lot of the time, most of the work happens in "post-production". This is where the "studio magic" happens. Vocals can be pitch corrected and/or autotuned and quantized. Instruments and audio tracks need to be processed, tracks need to be EQed and effects need to be applied. The song also needs to be mixed and mastered. As part of a package deal, you get a huge discount on these optional services.
Distribute your music to all streaming platforms
Now that your music is recorded, processed, mixed, and mastered - it's ready to be released to the world! Don't worry about the hassle of understanding the ins and outs of music distribution. I'll distribute your music for you and make sure it's available on all industry-standard streaming platforms! You get to keep 100% of the royalties from your music after fees.

Affordable & budget-friendly mobile studio recording services
Cyntrix Productions Mobile Studio Recording service is designed to be as affordable and accessible as possible.

Due to the multitude of factors and possible levels of complexity with each individual project, pricing will vary. You will be able to choose your post production options and receive your estimate after the initial consultation when you book your recording date!

Depending on the options and level of complexity, you could record your song and have it fully processed, mixed, and mastered for as little as $100

This service can be used by anyone at any level of expertise, and is perfect for those beginning their journey into recording and releasing their own music.

Deposits are accepted after the initial consultation when booking your recording date.
Accepting and receiving your finished product
You will receive a link to listen and preview your finished product. After revisions are completed if needed and with your final approval I'll send an invoice to accept your payment. Once the payment is successfully processed you will receive a final link to download your files!​

One free revision is included with the service, but additional fees may need to be applied if multiple revisions are needed.

Turnaround times can vary based on the complexity of the project but generally I will be able to get back to you with a deliverable within one week.
