Grassholes is a demo written and performed in the style of bluegrass folk music by Jody Dahmer of Beargrass Thunder. The song is an effort to persuade Louisville Metro Council to change discriminatory laws found in the property maintenance codes being used by corporations and gentrifies to fine residents for growing food and native gardens on their own property. The demo was independently released November 9th, 2021.
